Corrections Policy

We want readers to be able to identify and report errors clearly.

How to report a problem

Leave a comment on the relevant article with the page title, the statement in question and a reliable supporting source. Do not include private medical or personal information. A dedicated contact channel will be added when it can be monitored reliably.

What happens next

We compare the report with authoritative sources. Confirmed factual errors are corrected as soon as practical. Material changes to safety guidance should be explained in the article; small spelling, formatting and link repairs may be made without a separate notice.

Disagreements and emerging evidence

When reputable sources differ, we describe the disagreement and follow the most relevant current local authority for emergency guidance. We do not remove accurate information merely because it is inconvenient or commercially unfavorable.
